At Toucan HR Consulting Ltd we are committed to maintaining trust and confidence for all of our website visitors. We will never sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with. Google Analytics

When someone visits toucanhrc.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

In order to sign up for our webinars, training courses or other events, you may be directed from our website to the ticketing website Eventbrite, which will collect your personal data on our behalf. We will use this information to communicate with you but we do not rent or trade our email lists with other organisations and businesses.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Ticketing Data

When you sign up to one of our events or training courses, either via the website platform or Eventbrite, your name, address, email and contact number (whichever you enter at the time) will be stored in our Capsule customer management system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company and this is only used to talk to you as a customer or provide information that you need or may be interested in as a customer of Toucan HR Consulting Ltd.

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your information is only accessible to third parties which help us to manage our business, such as our Accountants, our Customer Relationship System (Capsule), Ticketing (Eventbrite), Diary Bookings (Calendly), Accounting (Xero), and Web Hosting (Wix.com).

Some of our events may be presented in partnership with other companies. We will let them know about your booking for our events or training courses and on arrival for courses, you may share your name and contact details.

Please rest assured that none of the above partners are able to contact you unless you tell them this is acceptable. We will not share sensitive information or your payment details. This is something you will control.

How do you communicate with your site visitors?

We may contact you to follow up on an enquiry from you, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
